Project Scope and Timeline

Each project will have a detailed scope of work and timeline provided in a separate project agreement. Changes to the scope may result in additional fees and extended timelines. We strive to meet all deadlines but are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be outlined in individual project agreements. Generally, we require a deposit to begin work, with progress payments throughout the project. Final payment is due upon project completion and client approval.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information about their needs, budget, and timeline. Clients must provide timely feedback and approvals to keep projects on schedule. Any changes to the approved design may result in additional fees.

Intellectual Property

Design concepts, plans, and specifications created by Refined Room Retreat remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the designs for the specified project only.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for our services. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by contractors, suppliers, or other third parties.

Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment is due for all work completed up to the termination date.
